Personal data we collect
We may collect phone numbers, verification-code login records, contact details, housing needs, viewing bookings, advisor requests, referral relationships, rewards, withdrawals, favorites, reports, provider profiles, and listing submission records.
Tenant profiles are shown as aggregate statistics only, such as occupancy count, gender ratio, identity mix, and nationality mix. Public pages should not reveal personal identity, contact details, or full unit addresses.
Why we use the data
Data is used for code login, account security, advisor contact, viewing confirmation, offline attendance confirmation, CRM follow-up, referral attribution, reward review, withdrawal handling, provider review, report handling, and service improvement.
If a future purpose differs from the original collection purpose, we should provide notice or obtain consent where reasonably required, unless permitted or required by law.
Sharing and third-party services
To deliver the service, we may share necessary data with advisors, listing providers, SMS providers, messaging providers, cloud/object storage providers, payout processors, or legal/regulatory authorities.
We do not sell personal data. Providers and advisors may only use data for platform service purposes and must not harass users, resell data, or misuse contact details outside the platform context.
Referral links, cookies, and attribution
When a user enters through a referral link, the system records the referral code, source, and registration attribution to support viewing, signing, and reward review workflows.
Cookies may also be used to maintain login state, language preference, and basic security state.
Data security
We protect data through role-based permissions, manual review, audit records, verification-code expiry, production secret management through environment variables, and least-privilege access.
Tenant, advisor, provider, and admin permissions are separated. Providers may only view bookings for their own listings.
Retention, deletion, and user rights
Data should be retained only as long as needed for service delivery, accounting, disputes, risk control, and legal requirements. Data should be deleted, anonymized, or separated once no longer necessary.
Users may contact the platform to access, correct, withdraw non-essential consent, request account-data handling, or complain about data handling. Some services may be affected after consent withdrawal.
Cross-border processing
If cloud, SMS, messaging, or object-storage providers are used, data may be processed by third-party providers. If transferred outside Singapore, comparable protection to PDPA requirements should be ensured.
